DESCRIERE

Cerere de inregistrare ca participant la licitatie

Cererea privind inregistrarea participantului la licitatie va fi intocmita de fiecare participant la piata care doreste sa utilizeze liniile de interconexiune ale SEN cu sistemelor energetice vecine, conform modelului prezentat in Anexa nr. 2 (formular cod TEL – 01.01.01) si va fi trimisa la TRANSELECTRICA (DC). Cererea va fi pastrata la TRANSELECTRICA (DC) timp de cinci (5) ani.

Notificarea inregistrarii ca participant la licitatie

Notificarea privind inregistrarea ca participant la licitatie este redactata in conformitate cu modelul prezentat in Anexa nr. 3 (formular cod TEL – 01.01.02) si este comunicata de catre TRANSELECTRICA (DC) participantului la licitatie, UnO-DEN si OPEE, imediat ce un nou participant a fost inregistrat. Notificarea inregistrarii ca participant la licitatie este pastrata in cadrul TRANSELECTRICA (DC) timp de un (1) an.

Renuntarea la statutul de participant la licitatie

Notificarea privind renuntarea la statutul de participant la licitatie este redactata in conformitate cu modelul prezentat in Anexa nr. 4  (cod formular TEL – 01.01.03) si este pastrata in cadrul TRANSELECTRICA (DC) timp de un (1) an.

Model de oferta

Oferta de participare la licitatie este elaborata conform modelului prezentat in Anexa nr. 8 (formular cod TEL – 01.01.04) si este comunicata TRANSELECTRICA (DC) in format electronic.

Transferul dreptului de utilizare a capacitatii de interconexiune

Notificarea privind transferul dreptului de utilizare a capacitatii de interconexiune va fi redactata in conformitate cu modelul prezentat in Anexa nr. 10 (cod formular TEL – 01.01.05) si va fi pastrata in cadrul TRANSELECTRICA (DC) timp de un (1) an.
