Mr. Octavian LOHAN has been the Director of the Operational Unit – National Dispatching Center, in charge of the National Power System operational control within Transelectrica, in-between 2000-2009 and was appointed Deputy Director General of Transelectrica in April 2009.

 Mr. Octavian Lohan graduated from Energy Faculty within the University “Politehnica” of Bucharest and accumulated an experience of over 35 years in the energy field, activating at Electricity Local Centre (IE) Curtea de Arges, Electricity Local Centre and Dispatch (IEC) Arges and National Dispatch Centre- DEN.
