In accordance with Article 18 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a Balancing System for Electricity, CNTEE Transelectrica SA has developed terms and conditions for balancing. Thus, we will submit to public consultation the proposal of CNTEE Transelectrica SA regarding the content of the following documents:

(a) the terms and conditions for suppliers of balancing services;

(b) the terms and conditions for the parties responsible for balancing.
