In order to apply Article 2 of ANRE Order no. 76/2017, we would like to inform you that CNTEE Transelectrica S.A. submits to public consultation the Excel file (.xls) template developed by CNTEE Transelectrica S.A. to be used for data transmission.

The Excel file contains four (4) sheets and completion rules. The Excel file resulting after public consultation will contain a convertor .xls - .xml (Macro in VBA) which will automatically generate for each license owner that complets the Excel template an .xml file, which will be then uploaded by the participants to Web interface https://ordin76.teletrans.ro.

We kindly ask to transmit by 30th of November 2017 any observations regarding the Excel file template to e-mail address [email protected].
