Given the changing access in DAMAS platform since August 11th, 2014, we kindly ask you to return the old access devices.

The return can be done personally or by express mail them Transelectrica premises of Hristo Botev Blvd site, 16-18 sector 3, Bucharest.

Send along with devices, a valid warranty claim refund where is necessary  the account number to be specified and if possible, the amount deposited (just in case of  lei deposit).

Upon receiving devices will end a handover protocol in two copies, so if the return is made by courier, please send an e-mail notice to: [email protected].
