Guvernul a stabilit astazi intervalul de pret pentru acţiunile Transelectrica
Guvernul a stabilit astazi intervalul de pret intre 14,9 lei/actiune si 19,2 lei/actiune in cadrul căruia sa se realizeaze subscrierile investitorilor pe perioada de derulare a ofertei, si in afara căruia sa nu se vanda acţiuni in cadrul ofertei publice secundare de vanzare de acţiuni reprezentand 15% din capitalul social al Companiei Nationale Transelectrica S.A. Oferta Publica Secundara se va derula in perioada 14-27 martie 2012 iar actiunile vor fi oferite in doua Transe, respectiv Transa Investitorilor Mari (90% din totalul actiunilor oferite) pentru subscrieri a caror valoare este mai mare sau egala cu 500.000 lei si Transa Investitorilor Mici pentru subscrieri a caror valoare este mai mica de 500.000 lei.
Transelectrica este Operatorul de Transport si de Sistem din Romania, care gestionează, operează, intreţine, modernizează si dezvolta reţeaua de transport care cuprinde 78 staţii electrice de transformare, cu o capacitate de circa 35.000 MVA, si 9.028 km de linii electrice aeriene de 110/220 kV, 400 kV si 750 kV, aflate in gestiunea a 8 sucursale de transport.
