Dear Madams and Sirs,

The MARI and PICASSO projects are in their final stages of concluding on the consultation results of their respective designs. The consultation process took place in November and December 2017. In total 65 stakeholders took part in the MARI consultation, answering a questionnaire with 45 questions related to the design of the new platform. In the PICASSO consultation 58 stakeholders took place, and answered 67 questions. Consequently, we would also like to thank you for your feedback, commentary and participation.

Furthermore, we would like to invite you to 2 meetings in order to discuss the results of aforementioned consultations as well as other crucial developments within the two projects. Please find information regarding the timing and location of the meetings below.

The feedback provided during the consultations and the workshops, will be reflected in the course of preparation of the proposals for mFRR and aFRR implementation frameworks. The proposals of implementation frameworks will be consulted with the stakeholders during this summer, before they are finalized and submitted to NRAs for approval. 

The meetings are individual for both projects:

►            For PICASSO on 26^th of March 2018 at ENTSO-E Premises (Avenue de Cortenbergh 100, Brussels) - 10:00 -16:00

►            For MARI on 27^th of March 2018 at ENTSO-E  Premises (Avenue de Cortenbergh 100, Brussels) - 10:00-16:00

Your feedback and the impact of such feedback on both projects will be the main topics on the agenda of both meetings.
