Information about REMIT

Starting with 01.03.2021, ACER REMIT Information System (ARIS) applies the validation rules for the REMIT reports. The validation rules require the EIC code of the Market Participants to be part of the Centralised European Register of Energy Market Participants (CEREMP register), otherwise the entire report will be rejected.

As a consequence, we ask all the markets participants who intend to participate in energy transactions over the Romanian borders (and will be in the situation of buying cross-border capacity) to register in the CEREMP register, at the following link https://www.acer-remit.eu/portal/european-register.
